An amazing weekend at our Spring Art Fair

Our Spring Art Fair was a roaring success, with an estimated 2000 people turning out to enjoy the best of British art and craft in the stunning surroundings of Lytham Hall.

We were blessed with stunning sunshine for the full weekend, which helped to display high-quality work from over 35 different artists. Artists work ranged from sculpture, painting, ceramics, jewellery, upcycled furniture, screen printing, photography, engraved glass and more. The good weather helped us to extend the fair throughout the courtyard and into gazebos on the lawn.

Joining us for 3 hours on the Saturday was Maria Felix Vas from BBC Radio Lancashire who raced around the Fair on an exciting treasure hunt. If you missed it, you can catch up for the next 4 weeks on the BBC iPlayer here.

We would like to offer our thanks to everyone who came out and visited, helped, promoted or exhibited this weekend. It was a joy to see so many people flocking to view the brilliant work of local artists, and also to enjoy the parklands of Lytham Hall. It has been a weekend to remember – the biggest and best Hopeful & Glorious event to date!

We will be returning to Lytham Hall for our Winter Art Fair at the end of November, and our next art fair will be at Samlesbury Hall on 3rd July 2016.
